• Notifications — Used to send mindfulness reminders, alerts, and app-related notifications.

Your screen time data is handled with care and transparency. This data is:

• Analyzed to provide usage insights
• Used to generate reports and trends
• Stored locally on your device
• Not shared with third parties
• Not transmitted to our servers

We do not have access to your raw screen time data.

3.1 Data Not Linked to Your Identity

The following types of data may be collected but are not linked to your personal identity:

• Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the app.
• Product Interaction Data — Anonymous analytics used to understand feature usage.

This data is collected and used solely for: enabling core app functionality, preventing fraud and ensuring security, maintaining server uptime and app performance, reducing crashes and improving stability, improving scalability and overall performance, providing customer support, and understanding how features are used to improve the app experience.

3.2 Third-Party Services

Shelly uses the following third-party services strictly for app improvement purposes:

Mixpanel — Collects anonymous usage data to help us understand feature usage and identify bugs or performance issues. Data is aggregated and anonymized. No personal information is transmitted. Used exclusively to improve the app.

All third-party data collection is completely anonymous, used only for app functionality and improvement, not used for advertising or marketing, and never sold or shared with other parties.

Your core screen time data remains stored locally on your device, never transmitted externally, and fully private and secure.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to delete all local data by uninstalling the app and manage or revoke app permissions through your device settings.

5. Data Retention

All local app data remains on your device until you uninstall Shelly.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are any material changes, we will notify users through the app.
